I love performing with poi, staff, triads, fans, leviwand, hoop, palm torches, nunchucks, and rope dart.
From a young age, I was always drawn to the thrill of performing! At five years old, I started my journey on stage at my local theater and later was immersed in Tae Kwon Do as well. While I was studying, I began running a Martial Arts class where I learnt a lot about teaching movement and developing flow within combat, including using weapons like nunchucks and bo staff.
As I transitioned into my professional life as a teacher, I started to explore dancing more, including aerials such as pole, sling, and lyra. I became a pole instructor in 2019; sharing my skills and love for movement in a beautiful studio.
After facing a major back injury, I had to step away from the strength demands of pole dancing for a couple of years. At first, gentle poi became an integral part of my rehabilitation. It was exciting to be able to stretch my skills as I recovered across a variety of props while rebuilding my mobility and strength.
I am currently focused on blending my interests in pole dancing, martial arts, and fire performing to create my own style. I enjoy exploring pathways with different props and expressing myself through movement to music — embracing fluidity, sensuality, and intention.
